WATCH: Behind the scenes – McGregor backstage with Conlan at the Garden

Considering he came into the ring in Apollo Creed Rocky IV style for his debut on St Patrick’s Day, Mick Conlan himself probably outshadowed the some didn’t notice none other than Conor McGregor was part of  Michael Conlan’s entourage.

However, not only did the MMA superstar and one of the most recognisable names in sport play a role in the ring walk and the immediate pre fight rituals, ‘The Notorious’ was also backstage and in the Belfast man’s dressing room ahead of one of the most hyped debuts in Irish Boxing.
