Another new debut set for Celtic Clash 2 bill
The ‘Celtic Clash 2: The Rising’ bill will be the biggest in Irish history, and this afternoon had an eye-watering sixteenth fight added to the running order.
In what will be the fifth debut on the card in total, Johnny Corcoran will make his paid bow at the National Stadium on Saturday May 27th.
The light heavyweight was due to debut on the Táimid Laochra bill last month which was unfortunately cancelled.
Corcoran is extremely highly-rated by his manager and trainer, and co-promoter of the event, Tony Davitt, with the veteran boxing man believing him to be one ot the hottest prospects in the country.
Also set to fight on the packed card at the end of the month are Eric Donovan, Jake Hanney, Stephen Carroll, Jay Byrne, Gerard Whitehouse, Sean Creagh, Rohan Date, Allan Phelan, Vladimir Belujsky, Carl McDonald, Lynn Harvey, John Joyce, Liam Gaynor, Regan Buckley, and Keane McMahon.
Tickets for ‘Celtic Clash 2: The Rising’ are priced at €15 (Under 15s), €30, €40, €45, and €55 (Premium), and are available from the boxers involved.
