hanaian boxer Prosper Ankrah believes it will be Prosper by name and prosper by nature in Sheffield this Saturday night.
Ankrah challenges Carl Frampton for the Super bantamweight Commonwealth title in The Motor Point Arena on St Patricks’s Day, and despite being a massive under dog is confident of victory.
The Ghanaian bantamweight champion departed telling his fans he will return home with more than a stick of rock.
Ankrah’s task looks a Herculean one but the fighter whose only looses have come on his travels believes he will be crowned champ on March 17.
“This is a big opportunity, one I’ve been waiting for all my life and with the training I have received from my team, I can assure Ghanaians that I will not disappoint them,” Ankrah told *www.sportsinghana.com*ahead of his departure.
“Like every boxer, I also want to be a world champion and this Commonwealth title is what I need to state my case for a world title fight. I am confident that I will win.”
