Every boxer hates an ice bath, and WBA featherweight champion Carl Frampton is no different.
While it is an important part of recovery, the whole ordeal is far from fun
‘The Jackal’ is currently in Las Vegas preparing for his rematch with Leo Santa Cruz at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and is training at Shawn Porters Gym. Yesterday his trip to the ice bath, his screams, and the shouts of encouragement from Barry and Shane McGuigan were caught on camera.
