Fearsome Lewis Crocker scores another first round stoppage

Lewis Crocker scored a simple win tonight in Belfast.

The Sandy Row 20 year old was in action on the Frampton Reborn card at the SSE Odyssey Arena and claimed another, his third, first round knockout win.

Crocker took on Hungarian teenager Gyula Rozsas and scored a dominant stoppage victory, finishing the fight with his first real attack of note.

The Croc began, stalking, looking to lad that one big shot. Rozsas was soon on the floor following a tangle of legs following a clipping shot from Crocker and, while no knockdown was ruled, it was a sign of things to come.

The Ulster youngster sunk in some huge bodyshots that troubled the Rozasas and, once Crocker opened up with a combination, the Magyar was caught on the ear, staggered, and stopped.

1 minute 50 was the official time as Crocker enhanced his ever-growing reputation, and the real question is who can be found that will bring the power-puncher some much-needed rounds.

The win sees Crocker move to 4(4)-0, while the overmatched Rozsas falls to 2(1)-2(2).
