The Boxing World’s delighted reaction to Jamie Conlan’s World Title shot
Jamie Conlan [19(11)-0] is one of the most well-like people in Irish boxing.
You will not find anyone with a bad word to say about the Belfast super flyweight, so it stands to reason that a lot of people were delighted to see Conlan have a world title fight confirmed yesterday.
It was announced that ‘The Mexican’ will face Jerwin Ancajas [27(18)-1(0)-1] for the Filipino’s IBF title at the SSE Odyssey Arena on November 18th.
The news was greeted by well-wishes from the Irish boxing family and further afield.
