Since the conclusion of their world media tour, Conor McGregor has been quite quiet ahead of his pro boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather.

The Dublin light middleweight takes on the five-weight boxing champ on Saturday August 26th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Recently McGregor sat down with Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com, known as probably the premier mixed martial arts journalist and one of the top interviewers in sport.

Compared to his usually more bombastic persona, it was a considered Conor McGregor here in what was a hugely interesting interview touching on fatherhood, the numerous pre-fight controversies, and the fight with Mayweather.
