Possible Taylor Threat, Underwood one fight away from Worlds

The fighter deem biggest threat (or possibly the only threat) to Katie Taylor’s Olympic success, Queen Underwood got her London 2012 qualification bid off to a successful start this week.
Underwood, whose troublesome past has received a lot of press across the world at present, is deemed as a fighter with the ability to test World number 1 and legendary female boxer, Taylor in the future- and she progressed past round one and two of the U.S. team trials for women’s boxing.
Underwood, who hurt Bray sensation Taylor when they met in the World Championships, overcame serious jitters in front of her home-state crowd, winning her first bout in a small ballroom at a resort-casino just outside Spokane.
She then had to produce a quality second round display to ensure a 27-20 lightweight Mikaela Mayer on Tuesday night in the second session of the first U.S. Olympic women’s boxing team trials.
Underwood is just one fight away from securing her place as America’s World Championship representative.
The American fights again on Thursday and is confident she can secure her seat on the plane to Chinia were along with Taylor she will attempt to qualify for the Olympics.
