Irish debut set for Connor Coyle
Connor Coyle has not yet made his debut, but the Florida-based fighter has already secured an Irish homecoming.
The Derry man has been announced to be appearing on the Red Corner Promotions show at the National Stadium on Saturday November 5th for what will be his second professional fight.
The 2014 Commonwealth Games bronze medalist will first debut on Friday October 7th at the A la Carte Pavilion in Tampa.
Trained by Jim McLaughlin alongside amateur team mate John Cooley in St Petersburg, Coyle is aiming to move down to light middleweight for his pro career.
Coyle is joined on the card by Commonwealth Games team-mate Ruairi Dalton, as well as Feargal McCrory, Lynn Harvey, Eric Donovan, Luke Keeler, Crank Whitehouse, Niall Kennedy, and headliner Steve Collins Jr.
Another one of him Commonwealth Games team-mates, Paddy Barnes, is also believed to be debuting that night on the massive Belfast Boxnation show a the Titanic Exhibition Centre.
