Strong European Youth Squad named
The IABA have named a strong eight-man squad for next month’s European Youth Championships in Poland.
The tournament will be hosted in the north-eastern Polish town of Kolobrzeg from November 21st to 28th.

The squad, which includes 2013 World Junior champion Willie Donoghue and 2013 and 2014 European Junior champions John Joyce and Michael Nevin, has been in training camp at the National Stadium in Dublin for over four weeks.
They’ll travel to Poland on November 9th to complete their preparations in a training camp with the host nation, Germany and Russia on November 9th.
“The team are having a very good training camp in Dublin. They’re working hard and ticking all the boxes, “ said Irish coach John Conlan.
“The squad are looking forward to completing their preparations in the training camp in Poland with some test matches before the tournament begins.”
