Frampton reveals MASSIVE future plans!

WHILE certainly not overlooking the upcoming challenge of Alejandro Gonzalez Jr.,
Carl Frampton whetted the appetite of fight fans with some tantalising details of his future plans should he be successful in the second defence of his IBF super bantamweight title.

Frampton believes a return to these shores is likely in the Winter – and, while no opponent was mentioned, ‘The Jackal Army’ will be hoping that it is for a domestic super-fight with England’s Scott Quigg.

Then, perhaps most excitingly, Frampton wants to hit The Big Apple on St. Patrick’s Day 2016 for a mega fight at Madison Square Garden. Frampton headlining the Garden certainly has a nice ring to it, and New York would be flooded with Irish fans should such a fight occur.

First, however, is the challenge of Gonzalez Jr. in El Paso, Texas, and irish-boxing.com will continue to offer unrivaled coverage ahead of the July 18th bout.
