Belfast lightweight Joe Fitzpatrick will feature on Boxnation in the future after the young fighter signed on with Frank Warren’s Queensbury promotions.

The Commonwealth Games Silver medalist signed a long term deal with the promoter behind Boxnation on Monday and will trade leather on televised shows in Britain and Ireland in the future.

Fitzpatrick’s first fight as a Queensbury fighter will be on the ‘This is It – Feile Fight Night’ in Belfast on August 1st and at the press conference to announce that show Fitzpatrick and manager Mark Dunlop spoke to Irish-boxing.com and discussed the implications of the deal on the young boxer and on Dunlop’s stable of talented fighters.
