VIDEO: Spike O’Sullivan on the pads ahead of title fight this weekend

Cork Middleweight Gary ‘Spike’ O’Sullivan fights for the NABA title this weekend in Boston against Melvin Betancourt.

Spike is currently training for the bout at The Ring Gym in Massachusetts.

IFL TV caught up with the Irish middleweight and filmed some of his pad work with coach Paschal Collins.
