Hyland to challenge London 2012 Olympian for title on test card
PAUL Hyland Jr. will undergo a title test of his own on the ‘The Test’ undercard at Andersonstown Leisure Centre on March 28.
The fight card is being billed as the ‘Tenny Test’, as James Tennyson takes a step up in class, fighting former Carl Frampton foe Kris Hughes for the right to be crowned Celtic Champion and to become mandatory British title challenger.
Hyland, who appears on the undercard alongside Irish light middleweight champion Dee Walsh, will also challenge for a strap. The Belfast featherweight challenges Abdon Cesar for not so prestigious, but ranking enabling British Masters title on the card.
Cameroon native Cesar  fought for his country at the London 2012 Olympics and represents a step up in class for Hyland.
