Grudge match mark two- Sweeney and Tims rematch confirmed for Matchroom’s November 15 card

GARY ‘Spike’ O’Sullivan and Anthony Fitzgerald’s eagerly anticipated domestic derby won’t be the only grudge match to take place in Dublin on November 15.

Former foe’s Michael Sweeney and Ian Tims will renew acquaintances on the undercard of Matthew Macklin’s World title eliminator against Sebastian Heiland.

The Mayo and Dublin fighters will again fight for the Irish cruiserweight title having traded leather for the strap in City West back in 2011.

Tims won the first dust up on points, but the big men, who have traded verbal blows over the last few years, both argue they have greatly improved in fitness since that night.
