At 9am Peter Fury opened the door to the Team Fury training Centre. In front of me was Tyson mid core body training.
Peter went through the intensity of Tyson’s camp, training 3 times a day and sticking to the eat, train sleep regime. He spoke about Sean Turner, the classic KO and the plans to get him over for some sparing with Tyson.
At the end of training we got down to a a short interview where Tyson went into his plans inside the ring with Chisora and his hopes for the future. Later in the afternoon we went to the track where Tyson along with Eddie Chambers (also fighting on the July 26th card) repeated high intensity sprints.
The energy even standing with a camera 50 meters in front of Tyson’s 18.5 stone frame was enough to show the determination he has to stop Chisora. “The Fight for the Right” card on July 26th is live on Boxnation from the Phones 4u Arena Manchester. The card also hosts Billy Joe Saunders taking on Emanuele Blandamura for the Vacant European Middleweight title, also in action on the night is Derry Matthews, Liam Smith, Liam Walsh and many more.
