Bluebell handed massive Shelbourne semi final date
The likes of Skerries Town, Newmarket Celtic, Home Farm, Inchicore Athletic and more will be hoping to take League of Ireland scalps in the first round of the blue ribbon cup competition.
However, there are some who argue the best chance of an amateur versus pro upset lies in the Leinster Senior Cup and not the FAI Senior Cup.
Bluebell last month discovered they will face reigning champions Shelbourne in the semi final of the cup contest and this week found out the tie will play out this coming Monday.
The reigning LSL Senior Sunday champions, who won the inaugural Crumlin Cup last weekend, will travel to Tolka Park to take on the League of Ireland side.
Kick off for the game is set for 7:45.
