It’s Christmas and I am feeling charitable I won’t torture Eubank too much says Spike
He looks more Grinch than Santa Clause, but Spike O’Sullivan is getting in the Christmas spirit ahead of his grudge match with Chris Eubank Jr.
The Cork middleweight isn’t planning on allowing his December 12 opponent to rejoice in any festive cheer, but claims he will take a charitable approach to their London hosted World title eliminator.
The Murphy’s Boxing puncher claims instead of dishing 12 rounds of punishment the way of the Brighton Matchroom star he will take him out of his misery early.
“I’m feeling charitable in the Christmas season – instead of spanking him for 12 rounds, I intend to put him out of his misery early,” Spike told The Evening Echo.
“While I could dominate him for 12 rounds and give him a sustained hiding, I think I’ll do the humane thing and put him to sleep by quick knockout.”
