19 new champions crowned as National Novice Championships draw to a close
Nineteen fighters claimed Irish Champion status in the National Stadium today.Â
A new batch of champions were crowned as the National Novice Championships came to a conclusion at the home of Irish boxing.
Today brought to an end an action packed weekend and few weeks – the Championships were completed over 59 bouts over the last two weekends.
Seven of the titles were won via walk over, but the remaining 12 new title winners came through keenly contested bouts.
