Darragh Foley was involved in a ‘Fight of the Year’ contender at the weekend. 4 counts were shared between the Dublin lightweight and his highly rated opponent Valentine Borg. ‘Super’ Foley however would emerge victorious when the referee waved off the bout in the sixth of eight scheduled rounds.

The fight is sure to become an instant classic, and the Irishman now has his sights set on the Australian lightweight title, and the 27 year old takes on Miles Zelewski for the belt on November 28th.
